Bug Description

This is basically the same bug as in Maverick: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bamf/+bug/647979

To reproduce:

1. Open Nautilus,
2. Copy a file large enough to trigger the "File Operation" dialog (I just copied an ISO from a to b), and
3. Close Nautilus.

The launcher icon will still have a colored background and won't react to a left-click. I tried to quit Nautilus using the quicklist but to no avail. However, I can start new Nautilus instances using the quicklist's "Open New Window" entry.

Also I am able to reproduce this using the gnome 3 desktop. So I'm not 100% convinced this is a unity issue.
