Gilles, thanks for the log, it is very helpful!

Looks like the the tray menu is still rebuilt every 30 seconds, and Qt runs out of items IDs.

Backporting this upstream pull request should fix it: https://github.com/owncloud/client/pull/5072. I will do the new Zesty/Yakkety uploads tomorrow.
