switcher gets confused with webapps

Bug Description

I have the Launchpad webapp installed. When I'm on a Launchpad site in a tab in Firefox, the Launchpad webapp is the active item in the launcher and in the switcher. Firefox itself is another item, but if I switch back to it it doesn't take me to the tab I was looking at before I switched to the Launchpad tab. In other words, at this point, the Launchpad webapp and Firefox itself are referring to the same thing, which seems redundant.
