this bug isn't affected only on chromium!
I had this problem in lots of applications!

chromium-browser 29.0.1547.65-0ubuntu2
gnome-media-player 0.1.3-0ubuntu4
evince 3.10.0-0ubuntu2
vlc 2.0.8-1

some of them are solved. but still I have this problem with chromium.
and 1 more thing: 10 minutes ago I had this problem with gnome media player. but now its working fine.
