Jonas Schwabe (jonas-schwabe) wrote : Strange shadows and strange flashing application switcher

After installing 12.10 I have 2 visual issues. They look quite similar so I will report them as one bug.
1) Sometimes a shadow right under the global menu becomes visible and gets bigger over time. After a few seconds it disappears, just to reappear right away.
2) Alt+Tab / Alt+^ switcher has a border that depends on the color of the background image. For me it has a black/white flashing border that is realy annoying. Further this flashing also appears on the launcher.
I found out that the second bug only appears if specific applications are open and not minimized (they might be in the background, but not minimized!), the bug appears for me while Chromium and/or Spotify is active.

I will attach 2 screenshots. 1) have a look on the middle-right side.
2. Is the border of the application switcher (it is flashing for me and not only black)
