Second monitor and enabled unity plugin causes lags in windows movements.

Steps to reproduce it:

   Start ubuntu unity with connected second monitor.

After some research i found that disabling Unity Plugin in ccsm makes windows moving smooth again even if vsync is enabled in opengl plugin.
