Hotkeys don't work PyCharm 3.1.3 in English (US) layout after PPA + the "restart unity-settings-daemon".

Output of setxkbmap -query:

rules: evdev
model: pc105
layout: ru,us
variant: ,
options: grp_led:scroll

However hotkeys now work in other apps (for ex: chromium) both in EN and RU layouts.
