Ubuntu 14.04 with latest updates.
Kingsoft Office 9.1.0.4280 (OpenOffice also)

Hotkeys (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+S, etc.) don't work in non-latin (cyryllic) layout.

Please fix that old and dummy bag.
