On usind the system-settings -> sound -> Sound effects, there is no opprtunity to select any sound effect(alerts) other than the default one, even when they are sound themes installed to the system, lke fredesktop, moblin, and others.

A screenshot is taken and shows the /usr/locale/share/sound folder with the installed sound themes(installed by default and with software-center) in the background and the sound effects tab of the system-settings in foreground.

Expected:

There should be more to choose in system-settings -> sound -> sound effects , when sound themes are installed to the system.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Call sofware-center and install a sound theme like moblin
2.Call nautilus and check the directory /usr/locale/share/sound for the available sound themes.
3.Call system-settings -> sound -> sound effects and see that there is nothing more to choose than the default alert(especially nothing more than the alert itself; a little poor for a sound effect tab, isn't it?!)
