Comment 6 for bug 795797

I want my bug report to have more attention, because a duplicate of it appeared in unity-design mailing list.

I said I can't simply drag the entrie grid of applications and I want an overlay scrollbar in dash in comment #4, but I wasn't heard, so please hear me.
