This will make users who do not understand to add the developer's PPA use an old version, which is likely to suffer from some bugs, for example the 'gfxboot.c32: not a COM32R image' bug.
The current unetbootin version from the developer's PPA is 613-1 uploaded 2015-07-20
I have tested and it works for me, also between the newest versions of Ubuntu.
