In regard to #20:

I've submitted a pull request that *changes the default behavior* of `Remove-Unused-Dependencies` to remove *all* orphaned packages, here: https://github.com/mvo5/unattended-upgrades/pull/6/files (1 week as of this comment)

I've not received any feedback on this yet, though - neither if it is okay like this nor if I should've used another parameter for auto-cleaning all orphaned packages.
