I have found the following mistake:

IPv6 disable in kernel work OK but Ufw has an error with ipv6.disable=1 in GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT of /etc/default/grub

Perhaps ip6tables or your kernel needs to be upgraded.

Disable IPv6 in /etc/sysctl.d/40-ipv6.conf work always OK.
