Software specs
Hardy Heron 8.04
libudf0 installed (Says: This library is made to read and write UDF filesystems; those filesystems are mainly used on DVDs)
Hardware specs
Asus Crosshair
AMD 5600 X2
Kingston hyperx memory
EVGA GTS 8800
*Samsung SH-S182F DVD Drive*
I am able to write to my Panasonic DVD-RAMs product model LM-AF120LU5 without any problem in uindous, but for some reason Ubuntu doesn't support writing. It only mounts the FS and reads from it. If I <sudo nautilus /media/cdrom0> and try to delete some file inside, I get "Error removing file: Read-only file system". An attempt to write on returns: "The destination is read-only."
I also have the same issues with DVD-RAM:

Isn't libudf0 meant to add write support?
