Ubuntu 11.10 Beta2 and daily (07-Oct-2011) fails to install on ProLiant DL380 G5

Bug Description
When performing a new installation on a ProLiant DL380 G5 using CD Based install or Netboot PXE, the system finishes its installation, prompts for reboot and then after rebooting it hangs with the error message below. After many reboots the system is able to boot though in read-only mode.
I was able to configure a web console during the install. Error logs are attached to this case.
