/etc/sysctl.conf
and filled in the line
dev.cdrom.autoclose = 0

that helped

(got the issue by config packetwriting; PX-750A-Drive; Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS amd64)

sudo sysctl -w dev.cdrom.autoclose=0 Solve the problem TILL reboot
