Same problem here too on my wife's netbook.

sudo setpci -s 00:02.0 F4.B=50 got the brightness up but the Fn-uparrow and Fn-downarrow do not work on samsung n150.

we are running 10.04 with all updates as of today 2010.06.06.

everything else works.
