Comment 53 for bug 280931

I'm too much of a noob to understand this:

"I would like to add that there is no need to put the patch under /etc/udev/rules.d/ dir. It's ok to put it for ex under ~/."

I edited /etc/udev/rules.d/60-persistent-storage.rules

It worked, but I'd like to know what you mean in case I make a recommendation to someone else.
