ibizatunes, yes, your menu.lst and menu.lst.ucf-new are attached to the bug, thank you.

There are a large number of bug reports that have been marked duplicates of yours, so I would like to get confirmation that they're really seeing the same issue before proceeding. This bug should in fact be closed if everyone is having the same issue, because the conflict shown in your case was a one-time bug restricted to systems running pre-release versions of intrepid, caused by backing out the last-good-boot support.
