appl with no name into sys>admin crasches when closed (it was mem check)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntustudio-controls

ubuntustudio 8.04: at first ubuntu8.04 upgraded to ubuntustudio 8.04 via synaptic
I tried the application I found with no name into system>administration
It was a mem check application. I closed and the system get the appl crash
If I try again to launch that un-named (un-labeled in the menu list) application, a popup says that "only one instance of Ubuntu Studio Controls can be run at a time"
