Binary package hint: ubuntuone-control-panel

* Availability: The package is already in the universe/python section since Natty.

* Rationale: This package will be the replacement of the current ubuntuone-preferences UI for the ubuntuone-client project. Both u1-preferences and u1-client are already in main, so we need this package to be the point of entry for users when accessing (either regularly or for the first time) to Ubuntu One.

* Security: No security issues.

* Quality assurance: the package provides a fully tested, fully translatable GTK interface.

* UI standards:

* Dependencies: no dependencies other than Python.

* Standards compliance: meet the FHS and Debian Policy standards.

* Maintenance: The maintainer is already is Ubuntu Developers, so no extra work in this area.

* Background information:
