after the update Wednesday, with the following operations:
 - delete ~/.config/ubuntuone
 - delete ~/.cache/ubuntuone
 - delete ~/.local/share/ubuntuone
 - Uninstall ubuntuone
 - reboot
 - Install ubuntuone

it works again. . .
