Comment 5 for bug 567525

It seems to me the problem is that evolution is not able to connect to desktopcouch, so let's check 2 things:

1) What server type do you have for your Ubuntu One addressbook? (Right click on the addressbook in the left tree, ->Properties)

2) Run, in a terminal, the following commands:

  $ evolution --force-shutdown
  $ /usr/lib/evolution/evolution-data-server-2.28

When this last command shows a 'Server up and running' message, start evolution and try to open the U1 addressbook. Then, copy all the output in the terminal and paste it here, please
