Hello,

According to the exception string[1], you have downgraded the client to 1.0.3 from the version that uses newer metadata format.
You will need to perform the steps listed in FAQ #778 to reinstall the client and remove all related metadata info in order to use the older version of the client.

[1] AttributeError: 'VolumeManager' object has no attribute '_upgrade_metadata_6'
