I found a solution! :D (damn i'm so happy that it's ME)
but i think it was too simple.

nano .config/ubuntuone/ubuntuone-client

[ubuntuone]
bookmarked = True
connected = True
connect = 1
show_applet = 1

after that, close cloud-applet (or start if it crashed)
