Thank you for submitting this bug report and helping to make Ubuntu better. After looking at your logs i think you might be effected by bug 462828
A fix for this has been released and hopefully we can take care of your issues by updating your client. We need to enable the karmic-proposed updates:

System > Administration > Software Sources and select 'Updates' tab. The click the box next to Pre-released updates (karmic-proposed). Close the window, if prompted hit reload. Then open a Terminal (Applications > Accesories > Terminal) and run the following command.

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install ubuntuone-client

When done you may want to go back into Software Sources and untick the proposed updates.
