Hi, I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Can you tell me which web browser you're using (Firefox, Chromium, Opera, etc.) and if this happens every time you try to open Applications->Internet->Ubuntu One and are prompted to add your computer? Thank you, Joshua
