Hi,
I think the problem is on file with size greater than 100MB. With these files, the daemon loses connection and restarts the upload infinitely. This message appears when it loses connection:

2009-12-01 16:46:39,146 - ubuntuone.SyncDaemon.ActionQueue - WARNING - connection lost: Connection was closed cleanly.

With small files works well.
