I also have the problem here with ubuntuone-client 0.90.3+r64-0ubuntu1~ppa1~jaunty:

Nautilus-Share-Message: Called "net usershare info" but it failed: »net usershare« gab den Fehler 255 zurück: net usershare: cannot open usershare directory /var/lib/samba/usershares. Error No such file or directory

It only happens when I connect to the sftp server (a debian system) I have in my nautilus-bookmarks: As soon as the connection is established and nautilus opens the directory, it crashes.
