Since UKUI desktop environment have be in ubuntu archive, we need to add the ukui-theme and ukui-icon-theme to the system.

It's currently being staged on the ppa:

The main change:
  1. add ukui-theme and ukui-icon-theme.
  2. adapt to new Nautilus icon name.(LP: #1669663)
  3. remove empty directory
