Put the UITK examples in a separate project that also includes the snapcraft.yaml file.

Currently, ubuntu-ui-toolkit-examples includes only the snap configuration, but it pulls in the deb files from the overlay PPA to build the snap file.

So the sources can be moved from the ubuntu-ui-toolkit to the ubuntu-ui-toolkit-examples project on launchpad.
