Bug Description

Take a look at this screenshot:

Notice that the progress indicators are both white and orange. This doesn't look good to me, and suspect this is not intentional?

It looks weird because I accidentally hit PrtSc without Alt, darkening the screen, then was too lazy to close the dialog (keeping the screen darkened) before hitting Alt-PrtSc again.

This seems to be a duplicate of #1052936.

In any case, I'm seeing this bug too on a fresh Ubuntu 16.04 install. It's even worse in some apps (e.g. System Monitor) where you can select a row with a progress bar. Then the progress bar text will become white, and you have white text on a white background.
