Preconditions:
STEPS TO REPRO:
1. Download .crt or .cer for eduraom wlans at any university
2. In Wi-Fi settings connect to eduroam with your credentials and selecting .crt or .cer certificate for authentication
Actual Result:
Wi-Fi settings cannot manage .crt or .cer certificates and so cannot connect to eduroam
Expected Result:
Wi-Fi settings should be able to manage and understand .crt and .cer certificates for eduroam networks
