'Cancel' & 'Confirm' on the 'Display Language' page:

I think the choice of bottom colours here is like the 'Custom Settings' in the 'Background settings' where you can 'Add image' or 'Remove Image' - similar pattern is used there where the 'Remove image' is a lighter inactive grey button - but these don't hold the same context as 'Cancel' or 'Confirm' in the display language. I think there needs to be more of a gauge in inactive and active state buttons.

In this case though I think 'Cancel' - should be red and 'Confirm' in a lighter green, until it becomes active, which then turns to solid green as a positive action.

As 'Confirm' & 'Cancel' are actions, I think throughout the UI we should stick to a consistency in the way we portray importance in the colours we use. As otherwise, in this case there's no definition in how important the actions are. Same applies to 'Restart now' and 'Cancel' in the restart screen, should be consistent in colour.
