Comment 0 for bug 1363075

Steps:
1. Take a picture of something at an incorrect orientation and larger than desired (pic1.png)
2. Open the picture in the gallery, use the editor to rotate and crop it (pic2.png)
3. Go to system settings and choose the pick in the backgound.

Effect:
The pic is displayed in the background as cropped but not rotated (pic3.png and pic4.png)

Expected:
The pic is display rotated
