Bug Description
This is a very odd bug. It requires that you have two layouts available in the 'Current layouts' section of the Keyboard layouts screen, so add some by checking them in 'All layouts available'.
To trigger the bug, simply uncheck the first item in the list (and not any other). After a moment, that item disappears from the list, then the next item after it flys up and sits above the 'Current layouts' heading (you can find it by scrolling up). Making another change to the list fixes this glitch (e.g. adding another layout, or deselecting another one.

Seems like something wrong with the animation. Not sure how to fix it, we could disable the animations as an easy workaround though
