2. Turn off Wi-Fi.
What you see: "Auto-join previous networks" is still present and checkable.
The spec currently says the setting shouldn't be there at all when Wi-Fi is off. In this case, the implementation is right and the design is wrong. It is useful to be able to turn off "Auto-join" *before* turning on Wi-Fi. However, there should be some explanation that the setting has no effect until Wi-Fi is turned on.
This could also help make the "Prompt when not connected setting easier to understand.
