Comment 6 for bug 2036765

Looking at the code in u-r-u, if e.g. firefox is tracking stable/ubuntu-23.04, then u-r-u will simply try:

snap refresh --channel stable/ubuntu-23.10 firefox

This seems like the right thing to do, but maybe we're missing a subtlety.
