Bug Description

Testing the 18.04.4 to 20.04 upgrade process.

I noticed that the dialog window (which is not resizable) cannot be clicked to initiate the upgrade process in the display is approx 768px high - common with low end laptops.

Suggest make the upgrade dialog smaller than this - there certainly is space - picture to be attached
