Reading your report it appears you are mostly after support.

( The message "Dist-upgrade failed: 'E:Probleme können nicht korrigiert werden, Sie haben zurückgehaltene defekte Pakete.'" to me shows the issue to be one needing support; ie. `sudo apt -f install` etc. and evaluating what messages are shown first )

This bug report can be converted to a question (aimed at support, bug reports are aimed and finding problems and fixing so subsequent users won't stumble with the same issue).
