Comment 3 for bug 1807043

I tested this using the release-upgrader version '18.10.11.3' from -proposed and saw the following error message:

"Third party sources disabled

Some third party entries in your sources.list were disabled. You can
re-enable them after the upgrade with the 'software-properties' tool
or your package manager."

Setting this to verification-done.
