Just glance at VarLogDistupgradeAptlog.txt file, it says it all:
you have held broken packages
That is what happen when you mix genuine packages with third-arty-packages: you get conflicts
So downgrade these packages first, via synaptic, then deactivate the ppa(s) and update again.
