Modern devices only obtain there networking via wifi. When the wifi is for a moment interrupted and finds the wifi network again, websites load again, however ubuntu-release-upgrader still cancels the complete upgrade instead of offering to "resume downloads" or "cancel". After having downloaded over 2500 MB on a quotaed network, this is intolerable.
