This seems to be related to the unofficial version of the package libcrypt-ssleay-perl, and build which you have installed.

Investigating (3) libcrypt-ssleay-perl [ amd64 ] < 0.64-tizen20130308 > ( universe/perl )
Broken libcrypt-ssleay-perl:amd64 Depends on perlapi-5.14.2 [ amd64 ] < none > ( none )
  Considering perl-base:amd64 9999 as a solution to libcrypt-ssleay-perl:amd64 9999
  Removing libcrypt-ssleay-perl:amd64 rather than change perlapi-5.14.2:amd64
  MarkDelete libcrypt-ssleay-perl [ amd64 ] < 0.64-tizen20130308 > ( universe/perl ) FU=0
 Try to Re-Instate (3) libgtk2-perl:amd64
Re-Instated libgtk2-perl:amd64 (2 vs 1)
Investigating (4) build [ amd64 ] < 2013.03.11-tizen20130319 > ( devel )
Broken build:amd64 Depends on libcrypt-ssleay-perl [ amd64 ] < 0.64-tizen20130308 > ( universe/perl ) (= 0.64-tizen20130308)
  Considering libcrypt-ssleay-perl:amd64 9999 as a solution to build:amd64 9999
  Removing build:amd64 rather than change libcrypt-ssleay-perl:amd64
  MarkDelete build [ amd64 ] < 2013.03.11-tizen20130319 > ( devel ) FU=0
Investigating (5) depanneur [ amd64 ] < 0.7 > ( devel )
Broken depanneur:amd64 Depends on build [ amd64 ] < 2013.03.11-tizen20130319 > ( devel ) (>= 2013.03.11-tizen20130319)
  Considering build:amd64 9999 as a solution to depanneur:amd64 9999
