Cannot upgrade

An upgrade from 'precise' to 'trusty' is not supported with this
tool.

Steps:
1. Install a precise desktop
2. Update to have the latest precise packages (sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get -y dist-upgrade)
3. Reboot
4. Run do-release-upgrade -d and the above error message will appear
