Hi, I just installed a fresh Beta 2 of 16.10. It seems to have some theme issues.
1.) In Firefox I cannot see a download progress bar in the download overviews when downloading a file.
2.) The desktop notifications seem to be grey instead black. I am not sure if this is right I changed it to Coco theme to get black notifications back.
3.) The MATE-Faenza-Dark icon pack has a dark menu icon for the app launcher. I think it should be brighter, because all other icons match to a dark theme/panel instead of this one icon.
By the way the Beta 2 seems more stable than the LTS (I had several issues with the LTS installer).

In Firefox I cannot see a download progress bar in the download overviews when downloading a file.
[Test Case]
Download a file with Firefox. Click the download progress icon to the right of the Search entry box. The current download will not show a download progress bar. Clicking show all downloads will display all downloads, but again, progress bars are absent.
After installing the patched package download progress bars will not be displayed via the ongoing download progress summary and Show All Downloads.
