ubuntu-gnome-desktop shouldn't both recommand onboard and depend on caribou

ubuntu-gnome-desktop depends on caribou and recommands onboard. This results in both onscreen keyboards appearing when the option is selected: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/879942

This is a known bug but it can be easily worked around by having caribou conflict with onboard maybe, or at least ensuring that ubuntu-gnome-desktop doesn't recommand it.

I'll fix this by not depending on caribou. Caribou in stand-alone mode is not very usable.

Actually, this won't help with bug 879942. The caribou library is a hard-dependency for gnome-shell, but we need onboard to have a usable screen keyboard for the Classic session.
