DISPLAY=:0 xrandr --listproviders

The logs look fine, by the way.

@Tryfon: then it must be a different problem. Please attach the following files (you can ssh into the machine and use the pastebin command line tool to upload the files):

1) /var/log/gpu-manager.log
2) /var/log/Xorg.0.log
3) the dmesg output
4) the output of DISPLAY=:0 xrandr --listproviders
