Thanks for the work, but this patch isn't complete and can't be applied to the ubuntu-docs branch. If you'd like to have a go at producing another patch, feel free. The easiest way is to follow the instructions in our playbook here:

I've pushed a fix to this to our karmic branch. Sorry Justin for not waiting but I wanted to get this fix into the distribution very quickly given the impending release and the need to translate it.
