I'm going to mark this bug as a duplicate of your other bug concerning modems, then we will treat that bug as a more general "setting up internet should be dealt with in more detail by the system documentation" bug. So, I'll mark this bug as rejected, but don't feel this means we won't consider your bug: we will, but we'll consider it under the other bug.
